So, for John's 30th birthday (which was May 20th), I took him to Vegas! He'd always wanted to see it (we are NOT gamblers but there is sooo much to see!) and we also really needed some 'mommy and daddy' time without the kiddos. Thinking about it, we hadn't been on a vacation alone since our honeymoon...after 8 years I think we need one! So anyways, we left the kids with grandma and away we went...
We stayed in the Paris Hotel (pictures in previous post below) but did a LOT of site seeing!

This was inside the casino/hotel. The horizontal lights are actually hotel room doors that go up at an angle all the way up the pyramid. It was amazing!

They have a lion exhibit inside the casino. You can see them normal but you can also go under them!

Vegas Baby!!!
'Everything is Sexier in Paris!'
I had ALWAYS wanted to stay in this hotel. I dream of a trip to the really Paris someday, but for now, this is a close as I am going to get. It was the most amazing hotel and everything was just stunning. Even the room made you feel like you were not just in a hotel room!
This was from a cafe in the middle of the casino. The entire ceiling was painted like the sky to make it feel like you were really outside walking Paris. It was amazing!
