Bridal Shower Cake - April 2009

By the end, Abi was finally figuring out how to make the 'A' with her ski in order to slow herself down. She really did quite well for only having an hour long lesson. Next year John is planning on a lot more ski trips with her so she can practice. The ultimate goal is for him to have a ski partner and for mommy to not have to go!! WOOHOO for mommy!

He's 1!!!

Well, my baby is now 1! He had a great birthday party with just a few family and friends at our house. It was a lot of fun! This was the first birthday party at our house since moving here and remodeling. Hopefully it will be the first of many more :o) As you can tell, we aren't quite done with the house yet, but it is finally ALMOST there!
