Life in Peekland

Okay, so here are my flower boxes that I had John build me! They are on the front porch and I just planted some Anemones. They are going to be pink and white and are in the buttercup family. I hope they come out!!

Here is oh-so-tired Ms. Abigail Rachel. Life if rough when you play with cars! Isn't she cute?!?!? :o)

This is the back and front of the house. ALL THE SIDING IS DONE!!! WOOHOO!! Off the back slider, there will be a deck the size of the concrete. It will be tall so that you can step right out onto it when you come out the back door.

Here's Ms. Abi today. She's decided she wants to dress herself and is now in the 'dress dress' mode. She's been wearing dresses for the last 4 days (rain or shine). Good thing they make thick tights!!

Here's Ms. Abigail with our friends' son Kalar Avery (like Taylor but with a K) born March 14th. He is sooo tiny and adorable. She just loves holding babies! (don't get any bright ideas though!!)

Our current process...

Well, I thought I'd update everyone on what's happening with our house purchase. For those of you who don't know, we are remodeling our house, but long story short...the house is John's dad's, we are just making the payments and such. Anyways, we are now in the process of making it OFFICIAL and making it OURS!! We had our appraisal a week ago and now we are hoping to finish the process and sign papers by next week sometime, but we will see. My friend Amy, her hubby is an AWESOME mortgage guy if anyone needs one! I HIGHLY recommend him! We'll keep ya posted!

Oh, Elmo is soooo tiring!

Ms. Abigail was watching 'Elmo in Grouchland' (this is the movie that I can resite forwards and backwards). Isn't she cute??

okay, so this is our new 'living and dining room. The First picture is standing in the living room facing toward the backyard slider and my new garden window (you can't really tell but it's the smaller window on the right :o)). The Second picture is standing in the dining room facing the living room/front door.

Fun at the mountain!!

This is Ms. Abigail at SkiBowl doing the "Toddler Tube Hill". She didn't quite like it at first, then 'sorta' liked it and then decided she really did hate it and cried the last time she went down it. I think it was more of being tired and hungry then anything. Maybe next time we will go at a later time so she will have some good rest :o)
